18.Roasted Broccoli Bacon

Recipe Adapted From Nom Nom Paleo.

Ingredients:

2 bunches of broccoli
5 peeled cloves of garlic
4 slices of bacon cut into bite-size pieces
tsp melted ghee
1/4 tsp sage
salt and pepper

Cut broccoli into florets. Then toss broccoli, bacon and garlic in together with ghee, salt and pepper in a ziplock bag. Shake the bag as you preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a baking tray with foil, then spread the veggies in a single layer. Roast for 30-35 minutes, rotating every 10 minutes. Sprinkle with sage for a touch of delicious taste.
